Do any of you use pheromones when going out or going on a date? I'm not talking 'bout Calvin Klein, Armani, etc..
Regular fragrances claim to have pheromones in it aswell. No, I'm talking 'bout bonafide sex pheromones. You can buy these over the Internet.

I was sceptical. Searched the Internet for reviews and most said it was a hoax, or a placebo at best. I decided to try it out anyway. Been using this for over a year now and my results have sky rocketed. No, not because I believe the scent was helping me and was giving me more confidence. Most of the times I forgot I was even wearing it.. until a girl brought it up.

See, the first time I used it. I had this mindset that if it doesn't work, it doesn't hurt either. So, my friends and I were driving to Amsterdam for a weekend. My female friend was driving and a male friend was sitting next to her. I was sitting in de backseat. Suddenly the girl asked my friend "what parfume are you wearing? It's so masculin. I love it" My friend was like.. "Euh.. just a deodorant". Now, this is interesting on many levels because this male friend was in love with this girl for years and she turned him down numerous times. Her giving him such a compliment after he simped over her for years was... well... weird and he was as surprised as I was. His ego got a real boos there. But I started thinking... could she be picking up on my pheromones?? Nah.. that can't be

But later it became clear to me that it really did something. I'm not saying it attracts girls like the adverts claims it does. You still have to have game and confidence and all that shiit, but it seemed to give me an extra edge.

Girls started complementing me on the way I smell. Most of the times I joke around and thank them for noticing I just took my yearly bath, but still.. it became more and more apparent that something was going on. At first I wore it sometimes, but these last few weeks I'm wearing it every..single...day and I'm gonna tell you guys why.

Some situations from just the last two weeks...

I just had sex with a girl I hooked up with a few times in september and october. She contacted me out of the blue and we spend the night together. I was wearing the pheromones that night. At one point she planted her nose in the back of my neck (at the exact spot where I put the pheromones!!!) and said "you really smell like man over here. I love it". From this moment I decided to wear it more as an experiment..

Next date I had didn't mention my perfume at all. So far for the experiment I thought. But a few days later a female friend of her told me that she went on and on in their little whatsapp group about how masculin I was smelling. She compared me to a masculin Canadian wood chopper ( was wearing a woodchopper shirt too when we went on a date). So I thought.. ha! The scent got noticed again!

The girl I slept with last saturday also told me she loves my smell and she says she noticed it as soon as I leaned in to kiss her.

And the reason why I posting all of this just happened a few hours ago.. my neighbour (a 90 yo woman) just told me there is something about me today and she doesn't really know what it is. A .. ninety..year... old ...woman. Even she picked up on it. Ok, this last one may be my imagination. Maybe she just liked my shirt, but still.. strange things happen when I wear pheromones man. I was talking about it with @Hank Moody aswell earlier today.

They did research into this and at some point women had to smell the used T-shirts of random men and after this they were asked which men they liked best (scentwise) and then they showed these women the pictures of these men and asked them which dudes they found most attractive. Now get this.. the women picked out the T-shirts of the best looking guys, the same guys who's pictures they selected afterwards, without knowing to whom the T-shirts belonged to.

To be fair, there are also experiments of guys (without game btw) who went out wearing pheromones and didn't score a single girl. However these guys don't score chicks without the cologne either.

honestly its kinda laughable. if you're a man, you don't need anything to pick up girls. I have a friend whos bald and not afraid to show it, and he doesnt even go for the clean shave look, so you see the shadow around the sides most of the time, and has a skinny fat physique and he is great with women.

That's what I thought too. I'm honestly surprised it even got noticed by so many different girls. I though no one would even mention it. I'm not advertizing it though. I wanna see if other have some positive (or negative) experiences with it too because I'm really curious at this point.

Like I said, most experiments and research claim it doesn't do jack shiit to raise attraction.

honestly its kinda laughable. if you're a man, you don't need anything to pick up girls. one of my good friends is a bald dude (keeps hair on the sides, mostly the top is bald) and has a beard. His physique is the epitome of skinny fat, like dude is super skinny but got somewhat of a belly.. and this guy pulls girls. It's because whenever he talks, he talks about things so passionately because, he actually has a life and an interesting array of experiences and knowledge under his belt. not to mention, he has hobbies and is well traveled.

I've bought the supposedly pheromone infused soap from the tactical soap company. I don't really know if that made too much of a difference. I was also working out heavily at the time I started using it so there were many variables in play at the time.

I don't think it can be discounted, but it's dubious at best.

Not gonna knock it because anything that helps your mental state regardless if there is scientific data or not, and makes you feel better around girls is worth it.

I know for me, I used to flaunt English Laundry shirts back in the day when they were popular and I got plenty of compliments on that which in turn improved my mental state.

Well that's the thing. I don't need it, so I never reallly thought about it. A friend of mine had some and gave me a little bottle and it laid in my closet for over a year before I started to use it as an experiment. It doesn't really boost my confidence as I always forget that I'm wearing it and, not to sound like a brag, but I don't need to boost my confidence. Feeling quite good 'bout myself as it is.

It just surprises me that so many girls picked up on it and commented on it.

It's not like their panties get instant wet when they smell me coming. It's still me. I have to connect, I have to escalate, etc. It just really surprises me that almost all girls made a remark about it at some point. Most of the times when we were laying bed, so after all the action if you know what I mean.

It doesn't really boost my confidence as I always forget that I'm wearing it and, not to sound like a brag, but I don't need to boost my confidence.

It never hurts to receive compliments as it boosts your "ego", confidence aside. It's still a good thing IMO.

I used them in earnest in 2011 and it was an interesting experience. It relaxed my nerves around women and gave me that sense of hope of trying something new. I stopped using any pheromoned after December 2014 when a phermone was used to try to prevent the onset of a panic attack but it made.it worst. The company that sold it went out of business anyway or are charging 1000 times what it was before. Just lost interest in it. Too old for that mindset at 45 years old. Nice experiment for yonger folk.

Smell apparently does matter. There was this one deodorant I bought which was complimented a lot by strangers. I was only using it under my arms and in my opinion it didn't smell that strongly, but the wearer gets used to the scent though.

I remember one episode in particular. I was grocery shopping and the woman on the other side of the counter said out of the blue that I smelled really good. I was surprised she could even smell it at that distance. I was a bit weirded out by it, but said thanks and went on my way.

Not sure whether there was actually any pheromones in it, but women sure liked that fragrence. Before wearing that deodorant I had never experienced such compliments with any other deodorant.

During the summer days I use Acqua di Parma Arancia di Capri . Girls love it also

I remember trying them years ago. My game was still a work in progress so it didn't help or hinder with the lay count. I do remember getting reactions out of female coworkers though. Like a surprise look or something. Now that I'm older maybe I'll try it again just to check reactions.

A friend gave it to me, but he bought it of the Internet. They're pretty easy to find. But maybe a simple Aqua Di Gio or something has the same result!
