Get a wooden ruler and put it on your pubic bone and measure along the top.....then get a taylor's tape and measure the circumfrence

Your describing the bone pressed method, where you press it into your pubic bone. IMO thats basically cheating because the extra inch or so you are adding to your length isn't usable. I suggest to place the ruler on top of your penis with the end lightly pressed into your fat pad to get a true reading.

BTW it is possible to enlarge yourself using various methods, jelqing, hanging etc. But they take time and lots of dedication.

You should do it anyway. It makes your erections stronger and harder, and will correct any curves or bends. If you do it right you will gain, but the time period is different for everyone. Just go slow at first.
