Well, you don't have to buy equipment, you honestly don't really need it ever. Al you need is your hands, a private place, some time(40 minutes-1 hour), and motivation/determination. I heard of the website, I was reading it out of interest and skeptical and finding out what they possibly do to make it grow. Some guys swear by it....actually to be honest I would say 95 percent of them achieved growth supposedly, but who knows.
