"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Okay guys, the new semester is starting and I thought I'd try my hand a peacocking at school.

Here is what I am planning on doing.

I bought a LED scroller that I have affixed to my backpack. Here is the link for the scroller:

http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/lights/768c/

Here is how I affixed it:

This scroller, while appearing small, has very good visibility. It is clearly readable from about 40-50 feet if not more.

What I'm struggling now is what messages to write with it.

So far the two choices are "Made You Look" and "Stop Staring"

What you guys think? Any suggestions?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I think I will go with "made you look" the first day and then just switch every now and then to something else.

Any suggestions? comments?

If you wear it every day you'll be known as 'that guy with the LED thing'. It won't really attract attention anymore.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Does peacocking even work in everyday lives aside from clubs and bars? I talked my friend into trying peacocking for couple of nights and I think we've never been more ignored, lol.

First time we went to a mall and girls intentionally averted their eyes from us, we could really tell. Got lots of weird looks too. Then other night we went to a bar/billiards place. We had to flag down our own waitress cuz nobody would serve us! No one has made comments on our ridiculous styles.

I think this town has enough of its own freaks (many art/music schools here).

Nah mate this isn't peacocking.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

How about "This looks really stupid"?

Kinda like the posers in the T-Mobile commercials.

Life-Trainee, if folks are averting their eyes, you're doing it wrong. It's about standing out from the crowd for all of the RIGHT reasons, not just about standing out. I'm guessing that you probably felt silly at the time.....
