Ok, i have read countless of threads and news stating that when you marry a chick and divorced her you have to give her half of your money, even if you were married only a month.

heck michael jordan had to give her fukin wife 180 millions just because he divorced from the gold digger.

Now this is incredible stupid to me, i dont understand why americans get married knowing this. (forget the alimony)

In mexico we have a law where you have 2 choices when you marry, your brides money and yours mix together and if you divorce,each get half and half.
OR, not mixing each ones money, so if you divorce, she wont get a penny from you and you wont get a penny from her.

Why dont americans do that??

someone explain to me how it is logical for a man like Paul mccartney to give away millions which he earned through hard work for decades to somebody he was married to for a year or 2. Explain to me with logic how that woman can be entitled to any of that money he earned through decades before they were even married.

it is sick. The worst thing an intelligent man can do is marry a western woman. Sure you can find a down to earth and traditional one that won't screw you over, but that is like getting struck by lightning in odds. Your best bet is to never get married, and if you do get a mail order bride.

Work on your game, have fun screwing american chicks/euro chicks, then when you get old and you think it is time to settle down head for estern europe or the filipines/asia and latin america and find yourself a real woman from a place where women are still raised to treating men as #1.

Yeah, I don't get how McCartney's wife got so much loot then. Jordan's wife raised a family with him and stayed with him through obnoxious golf episodes and gambling, oh yes and baseball.

Unfortunately I think marriage is just a symbolic gesture that translates into very real consequences, which almost never work out favorably for the breadwinner of the couple.

there are ways to get around prenups to still make the man pay...the courts love to side by women, divorce becomes hell for the man...don't believe me? ask any divorced man. its not only ridiculous but ludacris.

Not only get a pre-nup, but also make sure everything you own is put into another persons name, like your parents or siblings. That way if you get a divorce, they can't take stuff that they don't actually own.

Here's a for instance from a good friends personal tragedy:

24 year old guy marries 40 year old woman, they are together almost 18 years. In that time she quits her menial dead end job and just live a life of mostly leisure. Her tasks essentially entailed keeping the domicile clean and neat and doing most of the laundry and some cooking. They ate out a lot and she actually seldom fixed evening meals.

Now they are getting a divorce and due to her age (57) and the fact that she hasn't worked (by her own choice) for almost 18 years she may very well be eligible for LIFETIME SPOUSAL SUPPORT. Insult to injury, of course she's the one who wants the divorce.

How is that right?

I'd like some cute 25 year old babe to offer to marry me, sex me up regularly, pay my bills and give me spending money for the next couple decades and if I ever get tired of it I can walk off with $3000 a month forever. Heck, I could keep my job and hire a maid to do what his wife used to do and in 20 years I'd be filthy rich.
