Hey guys.

I am living at home during the summer, and have a house that i rent out with 3 other guys in my college town.

I havent been home since summer started, but the landlord says that I still must pay the full utilities. This doesnt seem very fair so Im wondering if this is the normal procedure?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If you signed the lease, and the lease doesn't cover utilities, thats something you ahve to work out between your roommates, not your landlord.

If you split the bill four ways with your other room mates, you still owe for utilities if you still have a lease there. My room mate moved out four months ago and pays his share of utilities and cable even though I only see him drop by once during those four months. His lease isn't up till August, so he's going to keep paying until his lease is up.
