If a woman who is 28 years old is making more money all ready than her 28 year old male peer, then why would she suddenly start making less than the male a few years later. She wouldn't unless she got married, had kids, worked less hours etc. This is the whole point. Women are always saying they only earn 90 cents, 80 cents (or whatever number they claim) to extort more from men. But the truth is when you take in all the factors women are earning as much or more than men. The EEOC would not allow men to make more money for similar work.
