"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

As the Book of Shuma Gora talks about, passion is essential to achieving your goals. The Book of Pook touched on this as well. They say that those who live passionately do what they do for the sheer pleasure of it.
But there is something I'm struggling with.... I want to get ripped, but I don't like working out. I find it boring. I want to get a job, and I could see myself enjoying the work I would do, but I hate filling out applications to get there.
My question is, how do I learn to enjoy something I don't like, so it will be easier
to accomplish?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

You don't have to love working out....but you should find ways to enjoy it.....music always helps me, especially the adrenaline pumping kind of music like music from the Rocky movies, that song The final Countdown and a lot of rap music....running turns into a party for me when i have good music...it just becomes really pleasurable and fun when i am breaking past the first limit of being tired and running on adrenaline...it feels better than sex at times in a different way...and gives you a ,oad of confidence to reach that state over and over again every time you work out...

Also, you can tie your working out to a sport or martial art or maybe dancing of some sort..find one that you like and that should help you become passionate about it...as far as you not wanting to fill out applications...every passionate person has to do a crapload of stuff they don't want to as well to get to where they want to be like anyone else...in fact i would say they do more because they tend to have bigger goals and have to shovel more crap in the beginning

there is sacrifice in success. Maybe you have to sacrifice some pleasure to get the results you want. Cultivate your love of doing small tasks over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. The real gift in achieving a dream is the character building you get from putting the blood sweat and tears into it and the sacrifice it takes to get there.

Success is an art form, and so is getting yourself motivated enough to get out of being average and moving up in life.

Ask yourself over and over "Why do I want to get ripped?" For the respect, character building, girls, for the way it will make me feel?
