Many women are like that. They got natural beauty but since they are deathly insecure they pay attention to every flaw on their body instead of looking and judging the whole package and even if they have some flaws, considering the whole package they are very pretty. Its a shame that most women today go to such great lengths to fix every lilttle flaw they think they see. Today you see a woman walking around with unnatural bright coloured hair, they get a nose and chin surgeory, they starve themsleves and lose curves and good meat around the breasts and ass, they over tan because they hate their white skin, then they go get fake boobs. In the end you got a tottaly different woman who changed every little flaw in every body part but she ends up overall looking less prettier then when she started. In the end when age catches up with them they end up looking like high priced hookers.
