Since this is not a piece of advice by me, it will not have pirated song lyrics as a title...Ok, so you've had it done to you before, probably. You see this chick that is giving you buying signs, but there is only one thing that makes you think twice about talking to her...the parental factor. Whether it be in the mall, ballpark, or parking lot, they are around. Even 17 and 18 year olds have parents around them...any way to approach this?

it can be really tough or really easy...jus depends on the situation

where i am at there are enough girls alone or just with their friends that i can go start convo

playin the situation in my head i could see you coming off as sketchy

my first thought though would have to be that girls with parents arent generally looking to meet guys

though at ball games are great
-espically becuase you really have so much free time and approaching is as easy as turning your head

but at the mall is quite tough as is the parking lot

I don't mean baseball games like Major Leauge or Minor games, but stuff like watching thier little brother play and whatnot. Actually motioned for her to ditch her mom, which she tried, but her mom kept following and giving me thier hateful look...ah well.

Try to get her away from the parentals. If this cannot be done, act like you know her and walk up say "hi" or something along those lines and slip her your number. If she call, that's great, if not, try again some other time.
