"Blade Runner" is obviously inspired in several ways by "Paradise Lost" but is a variation, even a reverse variation, on that theme. "Devil's Advocate" has some thematic similarity also. Otherwise can't think of any movie adaptations. Probably wouldn't make a very good movie in a direct way because the themes in it are more cerebral than active and dramatic.
