“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Basically, when going through my reps (especially the last few reps of the final set), I'll get this burning pain in my cerebellum (well, that area of the head, seems to be below the skin though). It first started when I did a bad squat, where my hips roses faster than my shoulders, so I had to SLDL a large weight. Since, any time I'm struggling with a weight, the pain returns.

Any experiences with this? Should I see a doc?

technically there is nothing wrong with your hips rising before your shoulders. The only reason you hear rise with your shoulders 1st is to prevent kyphosis.

If you can keep the natural curve in your spine and head (neutral position) then it doesn't really matter how you rise.

Power lifters rise from the hips all the time.

Sounds similar to what happened to me last month.

It went away after 2 weeks or so thankfully. I think it was a pinched nerve in my back from improper form with the deadlift.

Sounds like a pinched nerve, but you can never be too careful. Make sure you are breathing the right way (inhale on the negative, exhale steadily throughout the lift).

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I suspect it might be the position of your head. You probably look to far up.
