Too much acetaminophen is not a good idea at all. It can cause liver damage, of the sort that by the time you realize damage has been done it is too late to do anything about it. Please, get some sodium naproxen or ibuprofen instead, or even straight aspirin+caffeine like Bufferin.

Especially avoid acetaminophen if drinking. It is not nice to your liver at ALL.

(Had to register just for this, liver damage is NOT COOL.)
