Is it just me or do you guys feel over regulated in your fields? I mean theirs almost as much red tape and paper pushing as their is real work everyday. Business licenses, fictitious signing, attorneys fees, regulations, codes, commerce laws, invoices, tax's and forms both local, state and federal etc.

Your almost better off just staying an employee in this business environment unless your killing it.
