When I was younger, I did want kids...at that time, but...since I found no woman to marry men...then...well, it just didn't play out that way and by the time I reached 40...I decided to cut off that possibility. May consider a vasectomy.
Anyhow, I've been running into women, my age bracket 40+ that IF they never had children...they usually WANT children...yes...STILL.
I saw this woman I knew on POF (knew her from other social circles) she was "starting over" in going back to college for something else. and she's 47. Says "Want children" in her profile and I thought, "She's gotta be kidding." But no she's not.
The last woman I dated was 40, she wants to at least foster a child, since having a child at 40 would be a health risk.
Although I'd MUCH prefer to date a woman without kids for the purpose of having to deal with some other father's children, no spontaneity when dating, and the drama that comes with them...I figured dating a childless single woman would have all the freedoms.
Now single moms are starting to become a more viable options since women in their 40s STILL get the baby cravings. lol Because usually single mothers over 40 have had 2 kids at least, and of course, will usually tie it in a knot.
So what's the deal? Don't these mid-40s women (in thecase of the 47 year old) know the health risks? They would literally have to RUSH to the alter, right?
