I sense somebody needs to just take a deep breath, let it out slowly and count to ten. Make it twenty.
If you read enough on this site, you will learn that you are not going to be able to change a woman. But, you can manipulate situations and your environment and her a little bit to get what you want.
What is it that you want? A woman who is not slimy. Easy enough.
You want a woman who will love you, right? Not so easy. Given your frustration level, you're not that lovable. You'll have to tighten up on that frustration.

What does this mean...elaborate......maybe you try to show your "feelings" too soon.
Well, there are two problems with this:
1) Do YOU like people who "try" to make you like them? Probably not. Think of a guy doing everything he can to "try" to get you to like him. Chances are you will think he is pretty lame. Same thing with girls.
2) Why should you "try" to "make" someone like you? Either they do or they don't. Either way, shouldn't bother you or lower you self-esteem. And, guess what? The "I don't care if you like me, I like myself" attitude makes alot of people like you. Strange, but true.
Ya but then you have to act like you don't care if they like you. Then it doesn't even work anyway, and she still doesn't like you.
I still can't figure out what to do to get her to like me. At this point, she won't even make time to see me other than emails once in awhile.

You are too far gone with this one. you have firlmly established yourself as an AFC in her and my eyes.

A. If she doesn't like you now she isn't going to like you later.
B. There is NOTHING (and i do mean nothing) you can do to make her like you.
C. Don't "act like you don't care if they like you." Actually stop wasting time caring about wether or not some random chick thinks.
D. There are alot more where this girl came from.
E. there are also alot of worthwile women in this world.

G. The first step to recovery is to admit that you are an AFC, come to terms with it and make a genuine effort to change it.
H. Women change the subject when men show their feelings because it is sociologically unnacceptable for men to be feminine, especially by showing feelings for them.
I. It is a Woman's responsibility to step up a relationship into Long term not yours. (when you bring it up you lose all control you may possibly have)

You have to remember to seperate the feelings of hurt from your ego by being rejected, and logically and rationally realize that people have a right to do what they want, click with who they are attracted to, and its just a fact of life...It doesn't mean ANYTHING towards you...
