What advice would you give to someone who wants to improve his OUTER GAME?

Do you think there is a good product that you would recommend to improve OUTER GAME?

Do you think there is a good book that you would recommend to improve OUTER GAME?

Do you think different tactics or different advice is better suited to specific game/strategy?
