Out of ideas for New Years eve

Okay, so me and my friends are out of ideas for New Years eve (drinking and watching the fireworks seems to be getting dull, and the fireworks suck each year).

Anyone got ideas? We're thinking of hitting one of those high class bars (just for the experience, not for the $50 beers). But other than that, I'm out of ideas.
