“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey all,

Id really appreciate advice.

Soo.. im a skinny fat guy. *Face is fat, body is skinny* And i wanna get into training. Ive developed some nice muscle with my adhoc diet and program, but I wanna get serious.

Ive come accross the Anthony Ellis site and this.

Optimum Anabolics.
http://www.grow-muscle-now.com/

This program is basically based on the idea of using the bodies inbuilt defense mechanisms to stimulate steroids.

Basically eat ****loads of protine and overtrain, then eat tiny amounts of protine and go on a light load. Risne, repeat

The idea is that the body will freak out and build muscle.

Do you guys think this would work on a skinny guy?

Thanks

Oh god, more body 'shock therapy'.

What's wrong with progressively heavier weights in good form, concentrating on compound lifts, and eating close to 2g of protein per lb target bodyweight (with a ton of other food)? Have you actually tried doing this for a while?

people don't have the patience to train / eat the oldschool way, so they keep looking for new methods thinking they'll give them better results. in reality, the only thing that's holding them back is not their method, but the fact they simply spend more time looking for, and trying out shortcuts then being consistent in their training.

Good post mate. Consistency is everything, anyone will grow for a good few years on a consistent, solid routine based around the big compound lifts, with sufficient food intake.

Changing a routine every month and overthinking everything is what makes progress stall.

INCIDENTALLY .. Sometimes, if you've made good progress with your adhoc routine and diet, WHY THE HELL CHANGE IT?!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I recommend doing a certain workout/diet per body type first.

Skinnyguy.net is a great website to help skinny guys like myself/ectomorphs to become more of a ecto/meso morph ripped body.

Body-types DO matter, a skinny guy should not do exactly what a medium/large body person can do. Find out your body type then do your research on what you need to do to become the fittest you've ever wanted.

There are programs which consistently work for any body type.

They all revolve around the simple mechanics of eating well (9/10 times a skinny guy doesn't gain because they think they eat loads when in fact they don't), and lifting progressively heavier.

I second that comment warboss made. I've been lifting for about...half a year now. But I've been making most of my muscle gains in the past...2 months.

Why? I STUFFED myself with food and started drinkning protein shakes after my workouts. Made a WORLD of difference.

But I don't see how body type will affect your training- it doesnt matter if you are a meso/ecto/whatever/morph. Lift HEAVY WEIGHTS and eat a lot of GOOD QUALITY food.

Isn't lifting progressivelly heavier what you should do? What time frame are you talking about?
