I treat them just like any other exercise..i do about 5-8 reps, and when i start picking up weights, i put around 6 or so

Well, it ranges between holding a 25 or a 45lb plate

If your capable of doing these then in the 10-15rep range, if not then do 3 sets of max partials and negatives.
