Opinions on Crest White Strips?

If you don't know what Crest White Strips are, they are basically little clear strips you put on your teeth, and they whiten your teeth.
But they use chemicals and **** in them...so i'm abit skeptical.

My cousin uses them and her teeth are GORGEOUS now.
And she recommends them to me.

However, I just want some opinions on them:
Dangers/side effects?
Results?

Is it worth it?

I used some ****ty knock off version of them from Target and they did work! I ran out of lower teeth strips so my upper teeth are whiter than my lower teeth. The only problem is that your saliva will probably loosen the paste that gets stuck to your teeth and the strip will fall off. But yes, they do work.

I heard they are extremely hard on the gums if they come in contact.

I got a pack for me already.
Only problem is my orthodontic work on my teeth.
My braces have been off for a long time, but my lower retainer is there permantly for a few years. I can't take it out, only the top retainer I can take out.

So I can't put the strips on the bottom because of the retainer.
But we'll see...

I heard they are extremely hard on the gum's if they come in contact.

The strips just fit over your teeth if I remember correctly, and they fold down and "clamp" over the backside of your teeth. I don't think they even come in contact your gums

I'm going to order some soon, I know a girl who has beautiful white teeth, and I asked her about them and she told me about Crest white strips.

im going on vacation for two weeks so i cant really use them until i get back, but i seriously cant wait to start using them.

I read in Men's Health that white teeth increase sexual attractiveness in both men and women.

It burns but it is not hard to keep it off your gums after you 1-2 applications

Side effect i feel is increased sensitivity in my teeth. I can't drink ice cold water fast coz my top teeth cant take it

Yea I brush regularly as well as floss.
The white strips are just a supplement I guess.

Kinda like protien powder and body building. You can't subsitute protien powder for real food.
