Opinions on approaching this HB

Well i don't know how good you're wit is, but if it's fairly sharp, try this. Come to class about 5 min late. This way she'd presumably already be sitting with an empty next to her considering it's a lecture hall.
DON'T distract her from the lecture, but if have something genuinely (sp?) witty and funny to say, say it to her. You two should be the only ones able to hear it and that will be easy because of the large class size. Keep her smiling and an after class approach is mind-numbingly simple.
If you're not witty, or you're lacking a real pair, poke her on facebook. If she pokes you back, go for it. Hell, go for it anyway.
Last resort, go to the gym and work on your b-ball game. Then, join the Houston Rockets!
