would wearing a tshirt with a half naked woman (cant actually see nipples theyre obscured) be attractive to women or would it seem immature? im torn.

You can pull it off if you're wearing a nice black blazer or suit jacket over it. This makes it more nonchalant. Just wearing that tshirt with some jeans may make you look immature.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

I think the t shirt is fine, but you will no doubt offend someone or other with it. I once saw this guy with a tattoo on his upper arm of a woman with an hour glass figure. It was from the shoulder to the thighs and she was wearing a bra and suspenders with a dildo in her vagina, it's the only thing I have come across that I thought was inappropriate for public display.

It may not be totally immature, but certainly doesn't come across as classy.
I would say there's plenty of unique and conversation-starting T-shirts out there that don't degrade women to a trashy level.
