Lots of web forums are a joke. One forum kicked me off because I "criticized a moderator," which is a terms of use violation according to them. btw, the mod's statement that I criticized said that the War in Iraq was a Christian endeavor, and Christians should not be allowed to disagree with their president (Bush is like a mod on Christianity.com in that respect)
