hey i made purchase of tv series via the website www.imissmyshow.com , when i got the purchase i received dubbed copies(the guy pretty mcuh gave m e copied version) i paid $146 including s and h in USA dollar for the complete 90210 tv series which i thought was orginal ,but really got dubbed copied versions

where can i go to filed a complaint and what can they do about this. i emailed the guy ,but he has yet to answer back. its been a month now. what can they do about it . anyone ever had this happen to them before. an online purchase that was not what they wanted

oh ya the guy lives in NY too, i live in vancouver

This has alot to do with pick up thats for sure.

Well have you kino'd yet?Escalate it further then maybe go for a number close?If that doesnt work then Im not sure.I mean if you read the DJ Bible it should help

Maybe file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, but it's hard to say because you are in B.C.
