"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I think more girls now are using online dating for entertainment rather than going out and dating. There are girls at work who use the site to just pass the time when they get bored. They talk to guys on the site but don't have any real intentions of going out on any dates. Facebook makes it easier when girls are meeting guys on there instead of taking the dating sites seriously. Girls told me that most of the guys on dating sites really aren't worth dating. I guess it's the luck of the draw with who you meet on there and which girls really want to bang.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

We must say that the quality of women are much lower than it used to be. Most of women today are not really interested in making an happy family rather they want to marry for achieving a social status. They also very much interested in the career, money, exploiting men. Our society is in decay when it comes to gender relations. I don't want to say that all women are like that but this is my personal experience and hearing other's opinion both in real life and online it seems that I am not the only one who think all this.

I just gave a try again last night on Plenty of Fish and Ok Cupid. it was a very bad experience. The longest messagge I could was; "Thanks :)" and this was from average, overweight, old women who were married and with kids. The only message I received was from a Brazilian lady who was not good looking who just wrote " encantada". This what happened to me after sending 100 messages in over 3 hours and trust me I am a good looking guy 6'1 tall blue green eyes and dark hair...when I go out I do my impression..but most of all I think I am intresting...

In my mind it was never "easier."

If you didn't have the fundamentals of game back in the 90's and early 2000's, then you struggled online, just like you struggled in the so-called "real world."

And there is no "demise" of online dating.

In fact, if you ask me, RIGHT NOW is best time to be online.

I'm 43 and first subscribed to match.com back in 1999-2000. Back then, hardly ANYBODY posted up photos, and if you did, or if you asked for a photo, you were considered "shallow" or "superficial."

Plus there weren't as many women on online dating sites back then because there was such a stigma about it.

These days there are TONS of women on dating sites, and the stigma is quickly dissipating. But today's online dating world has its own challenges--the main one being that there are so many options for women. It's more challenging for men to stand out. But, on the flip side, men have more options, too, so the whole thing is a wash in my opinion. Just about any average-looking guy with beginner-skill game can post up an online profile on a Monday and by the weekend he can have several 6's or 7's lined up for dates.

Then you take a guy like yours truly, who has solid game and knows how to use the Internet to search exclusively for 7's and up, and who's willing to spam a 100 gorgeous looking chicks, and you can start to imagine the possibilities...

In the past 2 years or so, I've scored tons of dates and have fvucked all kinds of women spanning 3 different online dating sites, so I can attest that the Internet works when it comes to meeting women.

No excuses. No "golden era." If you have the fundamentals of game down, and you're willing to put yourself out there and embrace tons of rejections and flakings, you'll score lots of pvussy regardless of the era, or the venue.
Are you drunk of what ?
You are really a minority to think this. Go on any other forums, youtube videos comments session you will see that the vast majority of people found dating websites to be easier before.
It is a demise for men. We basically have very little chance if none. There were lots of tons of women before and many were good looking but now the men number ratio grow exponentially this is the reason women become stuck up and picky. if men would be less then women as a consequence would be more modest and take initiative.
What more options we have ? I don't see any.
Contemporary era of dating site completely sucks! any era had its challenges but I would exchange the challenges of before with the ones we have now immediately.
Men should also stop to feel rejected all the time. I hope we keep sending shallow messages to women or stop messaging them at all like it is starting to happen so all this pro-women dating online system will collapse at some point. that's what I would like to happen.
We men also need compliments, attentions, have our sexuality fulfilled.
I am trying to go out more but due to economic savings and lack of time I can't do it often.. I so wish online dating was still functional than I had a chance to find love or get laid randomly.

Man, I used to get up to some depraved antics 2006-2010, all courtesy of OLD. Now having said that, I also put up with some sh!t that I wouldn't even consider entertaining today. I just don't roll the dice on some of those marginal calls like I used to six years ago. Online dating feels like more work than it used to be, but I think that's mainly because my own standards got a lot higher, and my willingness to compromise got a lot lower.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok you got me. I am drunk and you are hopeless. Dont even try dating online. Too hard these days. You missed out back in 99 when it was easy...
I dont was on dating site in 99. At that time I was still in high school. there was no need for that as it was easy to interact with ladies. i started them in 2005-6. it was much easier then. Yeah i am hopless about dating sites these days. i see only virtual reality to over-turn the trend.
I try dating sites when i have free time... i never recieve a messagge, only get short answers... conversations are dull... and if you live distant forget about it.

Good luck to you anyway. I only hope that when i am 40 i won't be need to be online to find love.

Online Dating in the late 90s/early 2000s-Why was it so much easier back then vs.now?

Because the world and his wife are doing it now. Like everything else that was once niche, it's now part of popular culture. It used to be for the reasonably clevers who knew and understood the internet. Now the internet is made accessible to the lowest dregs of the gene pool. Look at my affair website experience; people will now directly make profit out of someone else's misfortune; 'Life's short' they say 'Have an affair'. F8cking c*nts of the world united.

I used to get responses from nearly every chick I messaged, now I don't even bother, but just 'like' them instead. If they 'like' me back, then I message some stupid sh!t. It's more just off-chance now; last chick I met in person from OCK was using her flatmates photos online anyway.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

K, Espi.

I think my words have been misconstrued, as so often they can be with text conversation.

I say 'clever' meaning not everyone had cottoned on to the ease and novelty of online dating back then; rather most were distracted with the oceans of free porn then newly available, rather than seeking out real dating and real sex. The simple matter of the fact is that the numbers (and odds) were dramatically lower then; but to be honest, the quality of women was quite a lot higher too. Didn't really have to 'try' as hard.

And no, I don't believe in blanket-mailing 100s of women online in order to get a few (frankly lame) dates out of it. I browse occasionally, but I'm not looking at it as an answer to all my prayers. Defo will not be finding '10s' online, unless you're willing to pay a pretty penny for the privilege.

Sorry for any confusion caused. No offense intended.

Come on Espi,

that's not the problem 5-7 years ago I could usually get the top model lady, blond blue eyes and nice body shape with no problem..what was nice...they would email to me.. and start the conversation... how come this doesn't happen anymore? I am better looking now I think but I even switch back to my 2006 profile as an experiment.. and it doesn't work..
there are other reasons..too many men way too many... dating online is a thing that works form women not for men nowdays..
beautiful ladies often without brain are there to boost their ego and eventually to spoil some wealthy guy
other ladies are ok
many are just whales ( yes I call so because overweight women are rude most of the times on dating site) who are married with kids..
and just know how to say hi..
come on lets stop this..

Also it is good that guys do not want to face rejection..women have to learn how to make the first step in this world ... many guys lower their self-esteem from how much rejection and often rudeness they receive from women in both online and real world.
Guys stop pampering these shallow women... just say hi to them.. if you want to take initiative...and answer bad if they are rude to you... to make the system collapse send some naughty message...they will also get tired of this.. maybe after a while website would be reviewed. today one thing is sure..they don't work..especially for men.
