"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Hi.

I met this chick online, well she initiated contact first, not me. After a bit of conversation I asked for her number and she gave it to me. Then at the end of the conversation I called her just to make sure she was a woman and to 'break the ice' on the phone. We talked for 2-3 mins and I said bye.

Then some days later I texted her, and she replied, she asked me some questions and so did I. I asked for her FB because I wanted to see more pictures of her, so I added her and she added me.
Two days later I texted her, she texted back and then I said that after work I would call her to which she agreed.

I called her, we talked on the phone for 10-15 mins, and I suggested to meet this weekend, convo went like this:
me: hey, I think we should grab a drink this saturday or sunday.
her: Saturday I work till 2 am, and sunday I have a dinner party at 9 but I guess we could meet before that.
me: ok, what about 5?
her: yeah, I guess its fine
me: ok, anyway I'll text you on saturday to se how we arrange it.
her: ok ok, see you.
me: bye

Today is saturday, I texted her at 14h this:
me: hey X, what is up?
I saw that she was online, and its been some hours and she has not replied.

Its weird because up untill now she was replying quickly etc, but now nothing.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Of course I care a bit, she's cute.
Anyway, I dont understand why she does not reply to my text, I guess cause she does not want to meet, but why talking to me in the first place? why giving me her number? why telling me about her... and now, nothing.

Im not contacting her again unless she contacts me but anyway it just does not make much sense.
Stupid girls.

you were way too slow. texting, phone calls, facebook, more texting, more phone calls? Most guys would have set up a date immediately.

You shouldn't. Online dating is an extremely fickle environment. You will drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why some girl flaked on you. There could be a million different reasons...maybe she wasn't interested to begin with, maybe she met someone else, maybe she's playing games, maybe she's just an attention wh*re...who cares. You shouldn't be taking any of these chicks seriously...at least not until you're banging them.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

^^^ Totally true, and I even go so far as to say don't take them seriously until you've banged 'em at least 3 times. I've had chicks screw and then leave, just like guys do. Once you bang em 3-4 times then you can think of them as something slightly special. Until then you're so busy hitting on other chicks that if they drop off your radar you hardly even notice.

Online dating is an extreme numbers game.

Her "option 2" was better. She took it. Hence the world of online dating...get in quick and get out quick...if you want.

Also, I wanted to add:

-Never set up first dates for the weekend.
-Her offers were really bad. Never meet a chick during the day before she has to do something else. That's crazy. You should have said, "Sounds like you have a busy weekend, let's work something out for next week."

Keep studying.

I think the most critical mistake was not setting up a time and place as soon as she agreed to meet. When I used to send the "I'll contact you on X day to finalize our plans" type of text, the flaking was as predictable as the rising of the sun. Now it's "Let's meet at Caribou at 5pm", and flaking isn't a matter of ignoring a text at that point.

Let's face it, with the attention these birds receive online, once you're out of contact for 48 hours, you're old news and that's IF they even remember you. So remember: always set up a time/date/place ASAP. Leave nothing vague or it's an easy avenue for flaking or declined interest, and don't get discouraged when many flake anyways.

well for the one that said that I took it very slow, is not like that.
We talked first time on tuesday night, then on thursday I texted her, and after a while a called her to talk a bit and ask her out for the weekend.

Anyway, this girl texted me last night at 24:30h (8 hours after my text saying 'hey, whats up?'):
her: hey, Im sorry, I've had a bit of stress today :(

I have replied today (at 11:00am):
me: hey, alright.
her: you're being a bit cold...
(20mins later)
me: what a nice day today right?
her: yeahhh!

(1hour later)
me: hey, lets get together tomorrow
her: I can meet today at 5, is it ok?
her: hey
her: I cant do later
me: I said tomorrow
her: I cant tomorrow
me: well, if you wanna meet this following week let me know.
her: ok, I have two exams this week, we'll see ;)

Comments?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Dude, you are on a dating website....You are supposed to be going out when you get their numbers!! quit being so unsure of yourself and set this up!!

Don't tell her "I think we should grab a drink Saturday or Sunday...You say "Let's grab a drink on Saturday" Then set up a time and place. If she is interested in you, she will accept and meet you for drinks. Don't wait to contact her and plan your date on the same day. That is lame and why she lost interest in you!!

You came across as all the other wimpy unsure guys she is meeting!! She is looking for a different kind of guy!!...that is why she is online in the first place!!

I can see that this girl didn't have a lot of interest hanging out with you.

Read what she was saying there....She said "I guess" both times.....she really wasn't sure!!

Chicks who want to chill with you won't say "I guess"....they will know for sure that they want to chill. They will be happy to spend time with you or do whatever it takes to be there with you!!

You are not trying to be facebook buddies with them!! You are trying to bang them!! If you want a pic have her send you one!! If you are worried about her not being a woman, call from a private line first to see who answers...then hang up.

Online dating is a total meat market for chicks....they see one dude that they might like....then they have 5 more writing to them that they like... then they see another and so on...chicks can have high interest and lose it just as fast if the guy comes across as less experienced or if she finds someone better.

Remember these chicks are using online dating to meet better guys than what they are getting offline!!

So if you are just like the other wimpy guys who stall and waste time asking them out, they will pass you up for other guys who take them out!! You have no idea how many guys are messaging them. The time you wasted texting her and getting her facebook, she could've went out with three guys and banged one of them already. Also, if she finds you of high value then this won't matter because she will want to go out with you anyway.

Get the number.....set up the date...then take them out!!

Don't take online dating seriously either!!

This chick is not interested in you....she is playing games with you!! Find another!!

this is totally not true!! If the chick thinks of you as a high value you guy, you can wait days or weeks to write her back. She will still remember you because you are high value in her eyes. Why is that? Because all the other losers writing to her are low value!! How do I know this? Because I've done it before!!
