I somewhat agree with this, while this is true I also in a few occcasioans the reverse to be true meaning the chick in my league wa showing low-medium intrest but the hotter chick was showing high interestFound a good comment on the difference between interest from hot girls and girls that are a couple of points below your smv.

You will get more of that type of "fair skinned" women with that level of attractiveness in south america and spain.Don't know what overweight, gross tats, opiate addicts have to do with hot American white girls with asses.
"Hot" = facial features (almond eyes, full
lips), clean smooth skin, low bf%.
"American white girls" = non dark-skinned girl with a personality of one raised in or having spent a good amount of time in American culture.
"With asses" = self explanatory.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
