"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Why the lily loving f**k would anyone use NC to get a girl back? Are there really motherf**kers that hold out hope for the 1/256 chance she comes back?

And if she does come back, is it for alpha sex or some beta validation? Usually it's the latter.

Use NC for your own sake and to move on.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I see so many guys getting false hope that going NC, is somehow going to make her interested in you again. Once you go past breaking point and she loses interest in you, it's over and she probably has already moved on emotionally with another guy. In her eyes you are a weak beta and she is no longer attracted.

Your supposed to to move on and find a new woman, don't have false hope that she is going to come around.
Yep and that’s fine with me. Just don’t randomly reach out to me 10 years later acting all interested when you’re fat, ugly, bastard kid or two and broke. But they will. And it’s your fault for not “letting the past be the past”. Get fvcked b!tch.
