"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Well I liked this one girl for a while and I asked her out. We did go out and it went well and everything but it turns out that she just wanted to be friends. The thing is that I got mixed signals from her for a while and I told her how I felt and I got no response. I had to hear from a friend that she didnt like me. Long story short, I got rejected, but now a days she's been acting really friendly for no reason. So I just want to know that if one is rejected, can that person ever have a second chance? If the likely answer is no, then I'm gonna just try my hardest to forget her. Feedback would really help.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

too needy

Mate, most guys probablt have more than one shot at any girl. The ladder theory isn't exactly true. In your case it sounds like you dont really know this chick that well, AND, you seem a little desperate.

Not meant as criticism, seriously, you just come accross as a bloke who "kind of" gets this chick. You poored your shyte at her? I have done that, but always from a stronger position, you did that why?

I think you have no chance, only because I read between the lines, but, if I am wrong, sorry.

I have poored over a chick who needed it, and put her on a back burner. But, I was still a Man....if that makes sense. Try to be a man, not a boy. I really am not trying to offend.

This is exactly what is happening to me now. There´s a girl that I liked, she started sending me buying signals. I told her to go out, and she didn´t want. After that, we spent some time without any contact.

But for this week we have been studying together. She literally presses her breasts on me, and I want to talk about getting together again. If she rejects me again, I will speak with her, and I will ask her to explain me why does she presses her tits on me. I just hate it when these bytches show heavy interest but are not interested at all. My recommendation is that you also do what I want to do.

1 rejection dont mean its the end...try again and if she rejects again pull back.

Keep doing this, but tell yourself not to get emotional if she keeps rejecting you. It cant hurt to have a bit of fun with this bird can it?

If she goes you win and if you get her you win. Nothing is finite in this life no matter wot this board or otherwise tells you.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

agreed that rejection doesn't always falter to some persistence. I would keep an eye open to make sure that here attempts at re-contacting you are not purely for friendship or because she is an attention whre. And definetly dont take it as a defeat if you are rejected again but just at least know that you tried what you wanted to and that is the most important thing.

You vomit your feelings every time you post, "ireallywantgirls"... at least, your username spells out what you're feeling in black and white. :p

Yes, it's possible to have a "second shot" at things. There are no absolutes in life... and I agree with the others in the thread that it sounds like you've got some serious work to do on your game before you can accomplish a lot...

Haha, yah I know now the error of my ways. I shall try and see where she stands in this relationship. In due time, Ill find out if she would want to get together or not. Thanks a lot for all of the feeback.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

get togethor as "just friends" what i mean by this is that you are gonna hang out as only friends (from her prespective), tell her that, and act as if you like another girl..or even a couple (maby dating perhaps). her gaurd will go down because she will not have to worry about emo vomit. And then have fun! if she responds, add kino and add more. She will not know wut hit her.
