I have a specific system I created via an excel spreadsheet to organize my time and track my goals. I've been using this for like half a year now - though I've dropped off the past month - and I can honestly say that it is helped me immensely in accomplishing sh1t. It truly helps me improve as a person, and it's gotten to the point where I kind of feel like a piece of **** when I don't keep up with it.

This is very relevant to you - especially for all those who are creating goals and stuff for their journals.

Let me know what you think, or if you have improvement ideas etc.
