A few things you can do to avoid this **** next time;

Make your move earlier! Still strike while the iron is hot (decent kino, good vibes), but it sounded like you had many chances in the club last time. Maybe you were to focused on making her jealous and trying to show you have other options. Girls can often see through that or get prideful so it becomes and one upping competition.
