"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i met a woman yesterday for coffee. she was cool just a bit older than me and seemed really career minded. she is 38 im 31. i would rate her hb6 maybe 7. we had some common interest. the whole thing just felt weird to me. she has her own house, makes a ton of money it seems, has an mba, and a very successful career. she seemed like the biggest overachiever ever. im a college student at 31(my 2nd time), i dont have any of those things at this point. she seems interested in me.
she probably realizes this, doesnt expect anything from me, and yet is still interested.

the whole thing made me realize how little i had to offer her...or any woman for that matter. adding to that, i dont have an aggressive personality. then i thought maybe it is my fault women are not attracted to me. there is nothing enticing or interesting about me.
i still think most women have unrealistic fantasty-like expectation of men, but that whole situation made me realize how lacking i am.

anyway, i dont know whether to get involved with this one or let it go. i could just hit it and quit it. it seems strange she has never been married. i sense something is off here. somebody said to avoid career women. thoughts?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Judging from what you posted (you know her better than I do though), it sounds like she's either after a nice guy (AFC) to control and boss around, or she is what some would call an alpha-female or possibly both. But hey, what do I know. I'm much younger than you... :/

^^^ God damn son, you should win a prize for this.

It's very possible she fits one of the molds Eph mentioned.... Or perhaps she's tired of guys (and egos) who feel the need to impress her with their "great" careers, new sports cars and a cutthroat corporate mentality. She may not necessarily be looking for someone to control, but rather someone to truly chill with -- without stressing over who has the most toys. This would be a GOLDEN scenario!

She's a new plate? So you're keeping the conversation about her, right? For now, it need not come up that you don't have a sheepskin or a credit line or whatever. Continue to be the man of mystery. If her interest level stays high over the next couple of months, you can get her hooked on you like a drug addict. Then you're the source of her high, and nothing else will matter.

In the end, her list of characteristics of an ideal man -- is of no matter at all to her. So why should such a list be of any matter to you?

Age. You're not planning to marry her and try to have kids, right? Your plan for her is FWB or f-buddy? Then hold your nose and dive in. She'll be good for those days when you don't have anything else lined up.

I iike how everybody has their "rating" of women, and when you see them for yourself, the rating they gave is way off.

Some of those "career women" get too wrapped up in their careers to get married or have a family and just go through men.

Older women tend to want to have their men on their same level so it could be a problem in the long run. She could have issues as well, or just goes through a lot of men. But go for it and see what happens and if she starts giving mixed signals or flakes then you have your answer.

Already getting into the Christmas spirit eh? Maybe it's one of those 50 foot tall trees that needs hours to decorate? I agree that you should. You now have your answer. The flaking has already begun and it isn't snowflakes.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I guarantee you she is damaged goods. 38 years old and never married means noone can put up with her She has accumalated a lot of damage through the relationships that she has dealt with.

She is helping a friend put up a christmas tree? or is she fkn one of her exes?

This is not the attitude any man from high roller to hobo should have. Her bullsh!t mba's and "career" aside, your SMV is still higher than hers. You've got alot of work ahead of you my friend, I don't even think you realise just how much.

Anyway. Using Occam's razor theory my guesstimate would be that at her age the carousel is no longer looking as shiny to her, sees your nice guy unaggressive persona as something which she sorely needs to boost her withering ego.

Like the plague, unless your after a pump and dump or a short term light romp. Personally if I was as far behind in DJism mentality as you appear to be I'd spend a solid week properly reading the Bible here and other game aware sites, jump on top of that old lady balls deep, get off and get out into the field, fail hard and rack up the numbers to experience what it's really all about.

Isn't it obvious? She's gonna help some man's christmas tree grow so she can play with the balls and get snowed on.
