"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Well, about 5 months ago, I wrote about my one-itis problem (http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=116078)
and some new stuff has happened, it turns out after I revealed myself, a few weeks later, she comes up to me and says "Daniel, we really want to get to know eachother, do you have any time?". I told her that I did, but we never spoke again. In the hallways, our eyes meet, and we both look away. These past few weeks, I have been working on my DJing skills, and they seem to be improving. I'm getting better at holding convo's with a girl, something I had never done before. Anyway, her grandfather died a few days ago, and I sent her a letter of sympathy to her and her cousin(who is a friend of mine). Turns out that EVERYONE in the funeral read the letter, and her parents told HER she should go out with me. The only thing is...what now? I guess i'll have to wait and see. The last thing is that if you look on the other thred, you can see how many people told me to give up. I didn't, and now I still have a chance! That goes to show ya, do what you think is right, not what others think.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

well if your looking for info on what to do... then i would say just make a move but nothing romantic , ask her if she wants to hang out on a spesific day , do not say someday cuz it seems to me it will be another thing that both of you decide to ignore and then become more awkward. If you know of a cool place liek maby a pool shooting area , bowling pherhaps ... something fun and relaxed.
If you feel it would be too awkward to be alone with her , you can go with the natural :"hey me and my mates are going bowling on *day* and i thought you might want to come." get some mutual friends together and go to bowling.

But all in all just make a move , i would say the latter one since it seems you two dont know each other that well . and she doesnt feel relaxed enough around you yet. show her a good time have some pleasant discussions , show her how fun you are with your friends and such.... if it goes well then ask her out for a fun date with just you two.

but also stop putting her on a pedastal , i dont mean treat her like any woman , just dont treat her like shes a princess.... dont go out of your way to do **** for her buy **** or stuff like that...

First thing you need to do, is act with discrestion. Her grandpa just died, so now is not the time to go full game because you run the risk of being pegged and A-hole. Be subtle in your game. Don't try anything to brazen for a while. Death can F things up, so be careful where you tread.
