Old Co-Worker Was Just Dumped (Don't Be Like This Guy)

So, this guy I used to work with and have hung out with in past was just dumped by his girl. I found out from facebook, but he didn't say who dumped who. I don't need him to tell me cause I know he was the one who was dumped from his depressive posts. This guy is tall and really thin. My fore arms are probably bigger then his biceps. He once told me to not give him advice cause he "knows how to talk to girls."

He met a blonde HB9, early 20s through his social circle. She does amateur modeling in the car scene and has a tramp stamp. They dated at least 6 months.

This is what I saw through his facebook:
1. Sent her flowers several times
2. Bought her a purse as a surprise for no reason
3. Constantly posting pics of them, saying how he is so lucky to have her, how hot she is, etc
4. He had a really nice car that he could barely afford the payments on. She got him to sell it and buy some junk box that was paid off.

Most of the guys who have been around for a while already know what he did wrong. If your new, read the DJ Bible and you will know exactly what he did wrong. I have made some of these mistakes in my blue pill/afc days. Now I know better, I'm older, and have been through a lot.

Trouble is, this is what is dictated by society, buying meaningless crap and making grand overt public gestures in the name of romance. True romance is far more subtle, intimate and intangible.

This is actually a fairly smart move by both. Why pretend to be something you're not, driving round in a flashy car only to go back to a grimy shoe box apartment in the ghetto.

Poor guy.... well, nothing surprising here.

But I do want to comment on #3. I've noticed this A LOT with friends of mine... When a guy starts posting WAY too much relationship BS on social media it's usually a sign that he is on his way out. Exactly opposite with women... the more relationship stuff on social media.... the stronger the relationship is.

I think the reason men do this is that they are feeling insecure and think over the top compliments are what will keep her happy... Truth is in reality you are only reinforcing her natural hypergamy but suggesting she can do better.... all this does is hasten her departure.

Do you think the outcome would of been positive he had listened to your advice? I started hating this girl, but #4, I would agree with her, he's lucky she didn't ask for him to get something more flashly like girl like. I am not saying I convinced a friend not to buy a car he wanted to get because a girl he was dating liked Camaros, but I am glad he didn't buy it for whatever reason and the since has moved out of the country.

Bottom line is there is really NOTHING any man can actually do that will keep his woman from leaving IF SHE HAS BETTER OPTIONS. Sorry, this is the truth. Social conditioning of the woman might keep her in place, but her natural hypergamy will always have her looking for the next best thing, and if her social conditioning keeps her with you... well... guess what? She will RESENT YOU, and she will turn into a fat b!tchy shrew and take her unhappiness out on you. Sure she'll stay, and she will fight her hypergamy by becoming a woman NO ONE WANTS.

Over the top compliments, kissing her butt, spending money on her that you don't have, will not help you... depending of here social conditioning you might guilt her into staying longer, but in most cases acting like a needy butler hastens her departure. If she thinks she can get her needs met elsewhere, and there is an available willing monkey branch, guess what? You are DONE.

If the store is open... go right on in: when the store closes... you need to shop elsewhere.

I agree with RangerMike - those are short term solutions that can temporarily keep her around but she will leave anyway and you will have the heartache plus a hole in your wallet. Men who have to gift their LTR all the time are among the weakest of our species. The gift thrill for women evaporates faster than a crack high.

Sadly, one of my other friends who moved away and my cousin are doing the same things on facebook this guy did. Both haven't even been with there girls for a year yet. I'm sure they will get dumped eventually too. It could be different for my cousin since his girl is Asian.

I didn't mention about the car thing. This guy really loved his car a lot. It was his baby. He pretty much lost interest in it once he got this girl. I guarantee you he regrets selling it now.

Agree with that. This is one reason PUA teaching centers mostly on short term conquests. You can temporarily fool a woman into thinking your SMV is higher than it actually is, but she will find you out eventually.

PUA are great and all, but once that chick wakes up and realizes you're just another boring guy with an 8-5 bank job and crocheting and Netflix as hobbies, the gig is up. Going to a club and trying strategy a,b,c on gal. If she responds this way, use strategy b3 to kino. If not try the puzzle box test etc. etc. it's not confidence, just scripts. So when she throws a curveball and you're totally perfect she can see through that ****. It's better to be confident and say stupid **** with aura and own it and not worry if it scares her off. I prefer not to be perfect, at least she knows it's not dialogue.
