"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Sup guys.....

I haven't been here in a while but I have some relationship issues right now....I met this girl and we're in a really good relationship and have been for a couple months. I basically would like to stay in the relationship and im pretty sure she does also......

So here's the problem: she's always been totally honest to me and so she told me about her ex b4 me.
Look for Pook's posts, learn ********

So anyways......she told me that right now he wants to see her again and visit her and sh1t and that he still loves her--- I cant be there to watch her because of finals and work........How can I deal with this dude not interfering with our relationship, short of kicking his ass...

Thanks in advance

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Women say “stop being insecure” to keep you from pointing out the insulting, disrespectful things they do to harm the relationship. Remember: this isn’t a matter of your need for her, it’s a matter of her respect for you.

The key is to tell her what she’s doing wrong without phrasing it as a Demand or Ultimatum. When she says, “I’m going to have coffee with so and so, and he’ll show me some sights around town,” say, “You shouldn’t date other people when you have a boyfriend.”

She might try to argue, “it’s not a date.” “Great, then I can go with you guys, right?” “Um, er, . . . no, blah blah.” “So you need to be alone, so it’s a date, so you should break up with me 1st.”

Just calmly explain to her what you need: which is respect! If you can’t get it from her, you’ll get it somewhere else.

You say this to her:

"Babe, I can't stop you from seeing him... if you're gonna do it, you're gonna do it, but know this; If this was just two old friends getting together to play "catch up", I would think that you would want me to be around to meet someone you spent alot of time with, in your past so that we could be introduced... but since this isn't the case, I'll let you decide what's best for us and in the mean time, I'll decide what's best for me. If you respect me, you'll decline his offer to meet... and if you don't then I'll go find someone who does."

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
