the eyes are the windows, the gates through our souls, our soul (we) see through it and that goes vide versa that means that people can look in our souls through the eyes. ever guess why we have problems seeing in others eyes its like you show them who you really are, a scared or shy person, thats because we look away we don´t want to see others our secrets.
