i havent been on this website in 6 months or so..so im confused with all this new stuff...a little help?

I know I posted this on another thread, but does anyone see a problem when people have to ask to find the DJ bible? I mean, shouldn't it be one of the first things people see when they enter this forum? How come nothing is being done with it?
