"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok so I was talking to a girl last night who's pretty close to me (she's a potential girlfriend for me).It was quite late, around midnight or even later. Suddenly,I started talking to her about how every girl thought that guys only wanted to be a girl's boyfriend when they asked for a number.

She replied,'But why do you think so?Did you ask a girl for her number or something?' And this is what I replied, dumb old me.I said,'Oh you mean -one girl-???I've been asking every beautiful girl, honey!'

She didn't talk for much longer after that.Do you think I've screwed up with this girl?Or,in general, what do think this girl is thinking about me right now?

I'm still new to DJing so please help.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

No replies; horrible.

Here's one:

I don't think you screwed it up with her ENTIRELY, but maybe you might have given the wrong message to her (could've been your tone of voice, your expression, etc).

HOWEVER, you could've just played it off in a suave manner by saying "Why, what's wrong? Afraid of a little competition?" With a big fat grin on your face. If she's STILL stuck up or something, just say "Oh cmon now, you can take a joke or two..."

I know that C&F is recommended when it comes to flirting with girls, but don't over-do it or say it in a lame tone of voice.

Well you know she only spoke for a minute or something after that and I remember saying,'Yeah the beautiful ones really get me'.

It was late at night both of us were quite sleepy so I don't think she really noticed the tone of my voice;what i said must've mattered more maybe.

Well I met her in school today and she said 'hi' and stuff but didnt talk much after that and went off with her friends.

Probably tone of voice. C&F is nice, but if you can't pull it off, it can backfire. I don't think it caused too much of an effect, but if it did, you might consider backing off a bit, then going back in. There's nothing worse than trying to DJ a girl that hates your guts.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Well it depends what kind of person she is. Not all chiks take it seriously, plus she probably doesnt care, its not like u getting married or anything. Every guy should be a chalenge, especially in High School. MY High school has 2500 girls and only 1500 boys.. Well lets get to the point, what u said was normal, she might even took it as a joke. Just act as nothing happened. Good luck

What he said isnt normal. With a girl thats gf potential, thats not something that you say. You dont brag to a girl about how you get other girls numbers. What makes you think she doesnt care even though she stopped talking at that point, shydude?

Well here's an update.I talked to her over a drink at a coffee shop today. She wasn't really angry, but wasn't very receptive either.

I don't know, but I'm not bringing the phone number subject anymore up with her now.Man this is a putdown.

Maybe she didn't care, maybe she did.I still don't know,so I'm playing it pretty safe with the C&F bit right now, maybe atleast for the next week or so.Let the dust settle and I'll see where I go with her after that.

Cheers!
