Girls like different physiques just like men, but generally, leanness will trump sheer size. A guy who is 180 and has a crisp midsection will probably wet more panties than a guy who is 265 and has the strongman belly. I would say 6' or taller, athletic and lean.

I have met some girls who like a bit of a belly, though. And no they weren't fat chicks. Very few women like the insane bodybuilder look. There is a point when it becomes too much.

Get as big as you can and as lean as you can without roids. Unless you're an absolute genetic freak (you have a higher chance of winning millions), you'll never get to the "huge bodybuilder" stage without enhancements. You want to stay proportionate as well. Think Captain America, not Hulk.

Dude don't kid yourself. Abs are the keys to pulling women when your shirtless and essentially in the bedroom. Having 'big arms'...is a joke when push comes to shove.

Look at the example I posted. Nick Auger has the ideal physique. Not too big that anyone can't achieve it but not small enough where any scrub can pull it off. Type Nick auger in google,see what results you get from women on forums. Now go type a everyday fattie like brock lesnar or anyone with a similar physique. Ryan Reynolds get similar results.

Do me a favor. Next pool party or event your at where there are TONS of people shirtless look to see who are the ones that are physically being groped in the privates by women. Promise you it's the ones with amazing abs,not just nice abs.

I think I have nearly the ideal physique. 6'2", 180. Big arms, shoulders, chest, and legs. My stomach is flat, but I should train my abs to get that definition.
