While searching for some stuff I stumbled upon this site -www.nutritiondata.com
It has some good tips on nutrition but more importantly it has a very good list of nearly every food and what it contains, how many calories etc. complete with diagrams and whatnot. It might come in handy to those trying to cut or bulk.
