nutritional almanac recommendations

In the bulking upo guide DIESEL writes:

they sell nutritional almanacs at any big bookstore, like Barnes and Noble, Borders, Amazon, B Daltons, etc... that have the nutritional stats of basically every food you can ram down your throat.

Every serious trainer should have one.
Does anyone have any recmmendations for this? Especially for books that might be popular enough to have been published or translated overseas.

It's not subjective literature, it's an almanac. You can't have opinions about numerical data.

Maybe I don't understand your question, but pretty much any nutritional almanac will do.

I went to the library, and I can't f*cking find any. Unbelievable. I wonder what the heck they call these in Danish. Might make it a bit easier...
