"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ian Fleming wrote the story of James Bond as a comedy, but not in the sense that you seem to be interpreting the term. Fleming worked for British Intelligence and accumulated many friends. James Bond was written as the classic opposite of a real spy. Fleming intentionally romanticized the story of James Bond to poke fun at his own experiences and at the people he knew because he knew that real intelligence work was nothing like what the story depicts. Even the Central Intelligence Agency has issued statements regarding this. I suppose a better phrase for the story of James Bond is "inside joke".
Ahh, I see what you mean. Yep, that makes sense. Although I did read somewhere that Flemings real life experiences were often 'hairier than Bond's'. Hm.

As an aside, there's a Bond story in 'For Your Eyes Only' (a collection of Bond short stories) which would be of interest to all DJs. Its called 'The Quantum of Solace', and is very different to all the others. It details the build-up and break-up of a relationship, and because Fleming was a master storyteller its brilliant. Worth a read, with a good message.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Apparently in the new Bond 'prequel' film it's revealed that the reason James Bond is a love 'em and leave 'em type is that he was once burned by a woman in a relationship. To protect his heart he decides to stick to meaningless sex rather than trust in a relationship.

So now the textbook example of an alpha male following his natural urges has been retro-fitted to be a recovering AFC who needs an excuse to not act needy and develop a raging oneitis over ***** Galore.

What next, revealing that Darth Vader used to be a whiney little cry-baby who was manipulated by a woman he had put on a pedestal until... ah crap.
Yup, that AFC Bond is in fact a real pvssy.

Just found this, haha.

http://www.danielcraigisnotbond.com/

It's full of reasons why Daniel Craig is wrong for Bond.

Not a fan of Dan?

You are not alone.

Millions of James Bond fans are unhappy with Daniel Craig.

We do not hate Daniel Craig personally, but we do take
James Bond personally.

Daniel Craig’s odd looks, lack of charm and sophistication
make it undeniable he is wrong for the role.
The character created for Daniel Craig in Casino Royale
and the one he portrayed is not James Bond.
Edward Fox, “M” in the 1983 remake of Thunderball Never Say Never Again, weighs in on the casting of Daniel Craig as James Bond.

British actor EDWARD FOX has blasted casting directors on the latest JAMES BOND movie CASINO ROYALE, because he thinks new 007 DANIEL CRAIG is "utterly wrong" for the part.
THE DAY OF THE JACKAL star, 68, is disgusted by Craig's appearance, and claims a blond spy would never have been approved by Bond creator IAN FLEMING.
He says of Craig, "So ugly! He is utterly wrong for Bond. The opposite of what Fleming intended, and I knew Fleming."

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
