“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Anyone seen those ads for that new '5 hour energy boost'? Well I was in 7-11 the other day and there were a few bottles of this stuff on the counter. I pick it up to read the label... 8333% of Vitamin B intake??

Now, I seem to recall 'horror stories'/warnings about chewing too many of those ****in' flinstones chewables everybody had as a kid. That would come nowhere close to this.

I dunno about the flintstone's Chewables, I was told that you aren't supposed to take too many of those because of too much iron (which can cause hemochomatosis, not entirely sure what the effects are but it isn't a good thing).
But about the vitamin B...

Too Much Vitamin B1?

Large doses (5,000 to 10,000 mg) can cause headaches, irritability, rapid pulse, and weakness

Too much Vitamin B3?

More than 100mg of vitamin B3 can cause flushing, tingling, itching, headaches, nausea, diarrhea and ulcers.

Too much Vitamin B6?

More than 500mg can cause irreversible nerve damage. The nerve damage can cause impaired walking, numbness, tingling and poor sense of touch.

I am not sure my source on this but I got it from some health website.
From what I can tell I would assume it is vitamin B1 you are referring too, but the drink probably still has too much according to the website. Personally I stay away from energy drinks because they have too much of a lot of things, and I've heard drinking too much of drinks like Red Bull can stop your heart.

Your safe bet is just to eat right. Meals every few hours, and you'll have plenty of energy.

I'm guessing you're talking about the stuff from Chaser. I've actually used the stuff for endurance events with success. A handful of people have gotten a temporary reddening of the hands caused by a niacin rush, the remedy was to only drink half the bottle (1 ounce). Other than that it's healthier than than most other energy boosters since it contains no sugar (i.e., no crash afterward).

Has anyone else who posted comments actually have any experience using the stuff?

Fat burners/Energy boosters are fine if used during cutting periods. It's not healthy to take these and eat unhealthy. Actually, it's a waste. Ontop of that, the ones you'll find at 711 are crap. If you're really interested in a good fat burner, look at Lipo 6 or SanTight. Don't realy on these things though, they should only be used in cutting periods.

Chaser isn't a fat burner.
