"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I have read the Rational Male's post about SMV and how it changes for men and women. Well, after years of interacting with guys past college age (23 to 40) and with guys in college, one thing became obvious to me.

Guys actually get laid more after college than they do in college.

Maybe it is because guys just figure it out and get it right or something happens but I won't get too much into all that. What I do think is that a 20 yr old with a high SMV has it so much better than a 25 or 30 yr old male with a high SMV.

Lets take a 20 yr old with a high SMV, the frat star at a big party school. The guy has the hottest sorority girls practically fighting to be with him and he is care free. Chances are, he has little to no responsibilities and can **** the hottest girls on a college campus who he is constantly surrounded by. Even then, a lot of the best looking women are open to him though they might not be sorority girls. The 20 yr old frat star can screw the women that the 25 or 30 yr old with high SMV can (cougars and milfs) but the 25 and 30 yr olds cannot screw the girls the 20 yr old with high SMV can (sorority girls).

Most of all, the 20 yr old can get by on looks and status alone, the best looking girls he is around do not expect him to be rich.

Compare that to the 25 and 30 yr old.

Both are working, have more responsibilities, and women start to actually ask more from more. It's not just about being in a fraternity and looking like you hit the gym, it's about what you do for a living and what car you drive. No more screwing around (literally), you're supposed to be a family man now and be a father. Women your age that are hot are not looking for flings, they want someone to father their children and most younger women that look good are going to go after the young guys with high SMV.

That young guy with the high SMV can still get some lays from a good looking cougar if he wanted to but the older guys cannot screw the quality of women that the 20 yr old stud does.

You mad?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You mad?

In the time it took you to type that post out you could've ordered a hooker and gotten laid.

You seem to be assuming that 25 to 30 year old men have to bang women their own age, when nothing could be further from the truth.

However, I would agree that if you are high SMV at a young age like 20, you pretty well have it made. The problem with these guys is that they tend to peak early, then spend the rest of their lives pining for the "good old days".

Looking at your thread history, and knowing you are the latest variant of the Indian Race Troll (here and here and here)....

I find it very amusing you have this obsession with sorority girls, and frat guys (here and here).

My question is, why are you dwelling so much on college days, frat guys and sorority girls?
I thought I was the only one that noticed his obsession as well. Strange...

As a 24 year old, I find it easier to attract 18-20 year olds now then when I was there age. You are nuts. It works the whole way through. Woman want a man who is further ahead in life then them.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Even better than being a young guy with a high sexual market value is a slightly older guy with a with a high SMV, who has the experience of dealing with success and failure with women. Check Rollo's chart out; herein:

http://therationalmale.com/2014/04/13/preventative-medicine-part-iv/

Older guys (generally):
-More well educated
-Better off with better prospects and resources
-Know what women of different ages like and don't like
-Know what women of different ages respond to

Younger guys (generally):
-Have regular access to a wider pool of talent
-Have the enthusiasm and outcome independence of youth
-Higher metabolic rate
-Not weathered by (so many) years of partying

I don't know, I'm in the peak of my life right now looks wise, health wise, am wiser, more experienced, etc. I always have people tell my I look like I'm 25 max, and I'm hitting my upper 30s. But I have always worked out, since I was 14, and I take care of myself. I think its just different for all people. I have seen people who hit their peak at 18 and dropped off the cliff after that. Then again I have seen people who surfed their peak until after 50, they just aged gracefully.

I'm definitely peaking right now at 57. I've noticed that somehow by implementing the things I learned here, plus a healthy dose of IDGAF, even my physical appearance has drastically changed for the better. Belief in oneself fundamentally alters even one's appearance.

Before age 52 I was absolutely, completely clueless about women although I usually would have an attractive girlfriend. I was utterly confused. That came from expecting them to think and behave somewhat like men. SS opened up my eyes, and I became a completely different person in all aspects... mentally, emotionally, and even physically (which wasn't expected).

I've been thinking lately that one of the main effects that SoSuave has had on me is that it has increased my level of indifference and IDGAF to astronomical levels. That level was pretty high when I came here, now it's pretty much off the charts. In fact, I would say my level of indifference has increased so much that it is actually hurting me with women.

I mean it has increased to the point where I don't even feel like bothering to banter with them. I don't feel like playing the game, or doing the dance with them. I have my LTR, and that's cool. But anyone else, I don't give a sh!t about. I always read here that is supposed to make you more attractive. But I think indifference is more like seasoning - you want a sprinkling of it to make your food more appealing. You don't want to dump the whole salt shaker on there. And I do believe I have long crossed over the line where it is appealing.

Well college has turned in to high school 2.0, so there's nothing a man can do but prepare himself for the real world. Like high school, these kids rely off an artificial environment. They will most likely stay near the college or in the southeast and wed their sororuty sweet heart. Some frat guys cannot hold a conversation with non brothers and can't even cold approach a girl. They heavily rely off the college greek system. You, on the other hand, do not. You can handle the troubles of the real world better than they can. Just do not live near any of them or any frat good ole boy places(most of the south).

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

zekko – I know exactly what you’re talking about but don't lose the indifference (or freedom from outcome as RSD call it).

Just raise your intent.[/URL]
Hi Jimmy. Well, that's the thing, like I said, I already have a girlfriend, so I don't need the intent. Usually, I still like to flirt a bit with girls I find attractive, just to keep my options open. But here lately, there aren't any girls that I find really appealing - well, there are a few, but those girls are married. Maybe this is just a phase I'm going through, but it seems like the most attractive women are all married. Even ones that maybe just have a little something going for them that gets your attention, they've all been married.

This has never really concerned me before, I would flirt with them anyway, but lately I've been more conscious of the idea that I don't want to interfere with anyone's marriage. And without that intent, I won't take my flirting to the next level.

Anyway, I think there is a difference between "freedom from outcome" and real indifference. To me, freedom from outcome means you don't care what happens with one particular girl because you can always get another. You don't care what happens with one particular interaction, because there are other women out there. But my indifference lately is such is I don't care about dealing with ANY of these women, because I can see their downsides too much. Either they are too whorish, or they are single mothers, or like I said before, married. And besides which, I don't need them anyway.
