Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Sex is not the most important thing in life.

It's more or less important depending on the person, but I really feel that a mature person understands that sex has it's place, but again isn't the most important thing.

I am a Christian, but Jesus wasn't the only great prophet. Moses is one of my favorites.

Anyway, it's good that you have faith. :)

(Not that there is anything wrong with not believing in religion).

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

actually judging is against the bible. Now that's stereotyping to say Christians are judgemental. It's like saying that all non-believers are heathens who care only about pleasure.
Everyone has judgemental attitudes not just Christians. Everyone speaks bad about people who go against their morals, Christians just have much more. Like everyone here has their opinions about rapists and people in jail.

I agree, Jesus wasn't the only one. he was the best and most perfect one though.

I am not sure if i accept Mohammed as a prophet though. I am on and off reading the Kuran, and I will hold my decision until Ifinish reading it and analyzing it with help of a islamic scholar or something.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Best and most perfect? I suppose, but I'm sure other religions would claim others to be instead. I think this one just goes to opinion.

It's not that the Christians have more, it's that they are noticed more. Why, I don't know, but that's just the way I see it.

There will never be agreement within different religions. Each one thinks it is correct. But it isn't really my job to to prove to the world that Jesus is the best and all. According to Christianity, that is jesus and the Holy Spirit's job ultimately. After all, they have more power.

Of course, this is probably going to be closed if we probe farther into religion.

Each religion teaches its followers that is correct and the others might be well-intentioned but are wrong.

So Christianity would hold that I am not saying Jesus is perfect out of opinion but out of truth, but other religions would say otherwise.

I completely agree, that is one thing about religion that I am a bit dissapointed with Religion in general. They can't concider the fact that they might we wrong. And I tend to disagree with some relgion and their idea about what Fact and Truth is.

But, anyway I'm not commenting about you or your belifs just generalising.

oh, I enjoy this kind of discussion cuz you all, except for that second with scrotilicious or what ever his name is, don't immediately switch into I_hate- F*ckin-diehard Christians mindset.

Actually about truth and fact, have you seen my post in the AE section in the Life thread about worldviews( forget the religious discussion afterwards)?

I tried to shed a little light on a way of clarifying the subject, but somehow the thread turned into an arena.(could have been my fault, I don't remember specifically how it happened)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Nah, I missed that one.

I grew up Christian, but I'm accepting of all beliefs religious or not.

I don't feel there is one right way of thinking or one right view.
(Well, there are a few exceptions).

Great now the b!tch has got this sad git chasing her skirt tails to church with her, please dont make this the first of many "be like jesus" posts.

Actually come to think of it your need for acceptance and validation through another person to prove your "happy" would fit nicely within the churches social structure, I can see you getting along really well but spare us the latest weekly sermon wont you.

Tips on how to improve the quality of cvnt we get etc etc and Jesus doesnt really relate.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Jesus Christ is an interesting subject, since he seems to appear in so many other religons...the Jews recognise him, even thou they dont see him as more than a prophet, and not the son of god, and also theres another religion that speaks of him, Hylozoik, a more or less unknown philosophy/religion that is somewhat alike buddhism... there are even vitnesses to his existence in not reliogious books...interesting man....

I love how the christians are so... honest.

They have their beliefs, I can give them that, and these beliefs have a hella strong mindset. You can change people with the mindset, and that is what draws me towards them. The only problem is, people follow the mindset and convince others of false realities, that's where it gets evil, they preach and do not practice, they listen but do not always take heed of the words.

The bible is undisputably one of the greatest LITERARY works on the world. Filled with words that can be interpreted in innumerable ways. Having been translated, reworded, edited, and transcribed by countless generations, the bible is a very UNTRUSTWORTHY source, next to none of it can be proven. Only specualtion leads to beliefs, there is no real TRUTH to it.

Good sh!t though, I love having arguments about the bible with friends, it's like one of the only things everybody I know has in common, next to breathing.

Great mindset, great principles, great inspiration... I just hate how the bible is set out as the final word. It's as though everybody who becomes a thumper can no longer progress in the world, only digress.

That is why I am not a christian, but an atheist, who accepts all information, and disregards the bigotry used in the bible to prosecute and indemnify those who DARE to CHALLENGE the churches authority.

I do not accept Jesus as my savior, but as a great man, I do freely. He taught more than the bible CAN admit to.With touting his words as gospel, and writing them in stone, the bible would fall apart. Here's a little excerpt to add to my point.
Would it strike you as odd that Jesus never condemned homosexuality? In fact, as my friend John Christian Plummer pointed out this week, he never mentioned a single word about it. Probably because he was too busy saying things like, "Blessed are the peacemakers," and "Blessed are the poor." Here's an actual Jesus quote which is interesting:
"Blessed are you when people hate you, and when they exclude and insult you, and denounce your name as evil on account of the Son of Man."
Within this sentence, Jesus condemns bigotry and persecution in his name, which today happens to define the policies and actions of the modern right-wing who ironically embrace Christianity -- the teaching of Christ -- as part of their strategy. Throughout his documented life story, Jesus’ most incendiary comments and actions were aimed at, 1) Satan, and 2) the men who mixed business and religion. Does that second item sound familiar? Nary a single word which denounced same-sex marriage -- well, except in the Bible used by the right-wing and Christian Fundamentalists known as the "Fake Bible Which We Made Up To Suit Our Bigotry: Large Print Edition".
The Bible contains a lot of hogwash which, in a modern context, has little or no validity. The Bible tells us that anyone who comes into contact with a woman who is menstruating must do penance. The Book of Leviticus , the section of the Bible which is the cornerstone of the frightening Christian Reconstructionist movement, condemns homosexuality under pain of death. It also condemns the touching of pig flesh on Sundays... under pain of death. That would certainly make football interesting. Whoever touches the ball dies.
One of the most dominant arguments against same-sex marriage has been the dictionary definition of marriage: "The legal union of a man and woman as husband and wife." That's a pretty weak argument, no? The dictionary? At one point in time, a definition taught us that a sperm cell contained a fully formed little man called a "homunculus". Just because George W. Bush cites the dictionary definition of marriage as "between a man and a woman" doesn't make it right and justified. This from the same man who thought "misunderestimated" was a word.
The Republican movement against same-sex-marriage is purely a political tactic which feeds off the unjustified fears of easily influenced Americans -- as we witnessed during last year's presidential campaign. Gay marriage does nothing to threaten you or your marriage, but the anti-gay right-wing wants to make you feel that way in order to consolidate their power. The Republicans have told you that there's a Toe Monster under your bed and if you don't vote for them, the Toe Monster will get your toes! Ooga booga! You allow yourself to buy into that? Seriously?
Plainly put, I can't figure out how our government, founded on freedom, can continue to make attempts at legislating bigotry. Ironic that the same officials who have sent our soldiers do die for the freedom of the Iraqi people (in-so-far as a theocracy will allow freedom) have also engaged in an effort to forbid the freedoms of an entire group of Americans. Ironic, but not surprising. Our elected officials have been the catalyst behind some of the most horrible events ever recorded, and most of those have been in the name of morality, fear, and ignorance. You know the list. It includes genocide and slavery, to name a couple. So in that respect, this latest effort is no surprise, however difficult it is to grasp.
But Christians? I'm ashamed of you. I'm ashamed to have spent the first 18 years of my life in your service. I'm ashamed of the dollars I put in your collection baskets every Sunday. Shay Clark's parents wanted her to be raised amongst your teachings and you've inexplicably found a loophole to exclude her. But maybe, like our president, you're only a Christian as a convenience to somehow justify your hatred and nearsighted worldview. If you actually read that book on which you base your life, you'll find that Shay Clark's lesbian parents should be the absolute very least of your worries. What you'll find in the teachings of Jesus is that, if anyone, you are your own worst enemy. God's speed.

POSTSCRIPT: Christian Fundamentalists and their ilk should probably rethink the effort to blur the line between Church and State. If history has taught us anything, it's shown that policy is cyclical. If you want your Republican government to legislate your dogma, be aware that when the next regime takes over -- the group which has typically explored tax hikes as a means of reducing the federal deficit -- your tax-exempt status might be in jeopardy. If you want the separation of Church and State to be permanently blurred, prepare to be taxed. In case you didn't notice, our government loves to pursue anyone who might help pay the bills. And without a clear separation, that means you.
This was an argument for the lesbian mothers who's daughters were expelled from a christian private school to attain<sp?> for their parents sin.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
