“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I wanna know you're guys opinions on the topic of not sleeping....

Currently, this is the second night in a row which I've been totally awake due to various reasons (such as an overabundance of energy, too many things that interest me & too many things that can keep me busy throughout whole nights :p )

The surprising thing about this is that I feel totally fine & not sleepy/drowsy/lethargic in any meaning of the word (the total amount of sleep I've had in the past two days might have been an hour-long nap in the middle of the day ------> I only feel asleep as a result of dozing off while reading something extremely boring

What could possibly causing this phenomenon?
Is it a mild psychological/physiological disorder which is causes this?
(From what I've learned recently, my current affliction can be classified as something termed Hypomania -----> which I personally find to be more good than bad :D

Here's a Wikipedia article about it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypomania

Have there actually been any proven harmful side effects occuring as a reult of loss of sleep during adolescence?

More specifically, are all the hours of sleep lost during my teenage years gonna eventually come back to bite me in the ass later on in life?

Help me out here, my fellow Don Juans!

It is unhealthy to deprive yourself of sleep, but I used to do it in my teens, as well. Helpful hints:

-Don't take naps during the day.

-Don't sleep for more than 8 hours.

-Stay away from caffeine in the evening.

-Exercise

it's actually pretty harmful. Your memory will suffer greatly and you will eventually crash. You may think you are fine but in reality you aren't. You should try and get some sleep soon.
