Hi,

Just wondering if you guys have any thoughts/experiences with this sort of thing.

Most of the girls I am with say afterwards that they what we had was not 'really' a relationship as I was unavailable.

Why is that?

Is that something girls say a lot like 'I dont usually do this'

???

You're only in a relationship if you meet that girl's idea of what a relationship is. And that is whatever tv and magazines tell her that men are supposed to do regardless of either of your own actual opinions.

I think it is a defence/justification mechanism. I.e relationship did not work so it must be:

a) her... NEVER
b) me ... did not give her anything to complain about

so then:

c) relationship ... ahhh, it was me after all as I never gave the relationship a chance.

Personally, I've gotten the "unavailable" accusation quite a bit--something I've actually been trying to work on as of late.

The downside of all this nonreactive power grabbing DJ stuff is that it's really easy to come off as uncaring in the context of a relationship. You need to strike a very delicate balance--you want her to realize that you have options and aren't afraid to walk if she does not treat you like a king, but you don't want her to feel insecure in the relationship. Those feelings of insecurity come when you're TOO MUCH of a challenge i.e. acting indifferent and disinterested, not treating her with love, etc. While under the right conditions this can raise her interest level for a while as she clamors for your affection, too much consistent, unrewarded challenge has a negative effect on a relationship. A woman, after repeatedly seeing her good deeds gone unrewarded, may start to view you with frustration and resentment, or, worse, withdraw to protect herself and start looking for other branches.

At first when you study DJ philosophy, it's easy to fall into the trap of believing a DJ is purely an anti-AFC--the "bad boy" archetype. In a way, this is correct--but what people fail to see is that it is not the ACTIONS that define an AFC, it's the INTENTIONS. It's GOOD to pay special attention to your girl and take her to do fun things and tell her you love her--but only if she's earned it. Otherwise, it's NOT GOOD.

I think the key to maintaining a healthy relationship is to demonstrate love from a position of power, and not just to work at holding that position of power at all costs. If you hide your feelings and don't even show a TRACE of jealously (or any other AFC emotion) when prompted, you will eventually have to answer to accusations that you are not human...

...Of course, if you're not interested in relationships, it's MUCH better to be unavailable, as it causes less harm to the girls when you break up with them.

That is the tough one. What if you are interested in a relationship but a certain kind of one. Thus, you are unavailable to/in some but would make yourself available. (i.e try)

Guess that is what dating is for :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You must define in your mind what the relationship must be and steer it in that direction. Most women cannot meet all your criteria but excell in various aspects.

If she is friendly, intelligent, fun to be with - but not interested in sex. OK she will make a good GF, but will appreciate hugs and kisses as well. Hookers will fvck you but will never kiss you.

If she is young sexy slvt and want's a sugar daddy, but she's as dumb as sh!t. Then keep her as a fvck buddy once, maybe twice a month. But on your terms.

Applying DJ techniques makes both available. Thus you can have the best of both worlds with women - face it why be alone wanking to porn because you haven't found your ideal woman yet and you will still have the freedom to find that elusive perfect woman.

Hello Ballie,
What an interesting perspective you have on life.....I have mixed it with the Ladies for years but never ever considered your point about girl friends versus hookers you are so right Ballie...funny I never saw that before...It helps me rationalise a long ago relationship that I was nexted from some years ago....I never saw it coming this Lady would Fvck on demand but seldom indulged in passionate kisses...when her time was right she just spat me out like a pip in a plum...in a way I can see now that her relationship was as a hooker who received companionship and dance lessons as payment...thanks for revealing something sooo obvious to you Ballie.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
I've had girls I was dating for extended intervals who probably still refer to me as their "jerk ex-boyfriend". Funny thing is, I was never their "boyfriend" in the first place. That's why I broke it off with their crazy asses.

I don't worry about the labels. They're only good for meta-romantic discussions, which bore me anyway. Girls hate it, and that's why I'm still single. Because I don't get wrapped up in their three-ring-circus of elephant sh!t. I would rather have a kidney extracted than get into that "What are we, where are we going" discussion.

When and if I'm ready to marry you, woman, I'll pop a ring on your finger. Until then, shut up and enjoy the ride, or get off. :p
