"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'd like to see some sources on masturbation helping your prostate. I've been hearing that for years but have yet too see some real data.

But even if it were true wouldn't actual sex with a woman be just as effective?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Even if it IS a placebo effect, is it detrimental?

But would you agree that it DOES take a certain amount of energy to manufacture sperm, and that once sperm levels in your body were at a high enough level, that your body would redirect those nutrients and chemicals elsewhere?
No, man. It is not at all. It's good for people in this case. BUT! That same exact way of thinking CAN be detrimental. The blind faith / herd mentality type thing. I for one am VERY resilient to placebo effects. I wish I wasn't sometimes, but I am. I've noticed that with drugs and other things. It has to actually be doing something for it to work on me.

Someone was recently just telling me about a story were people believed there was magical water that would someone give them more money and clear out their debt. People were on there attesting that it worked for them and they got rid of $8,000 worth of debt. I'm sure everyone from an outsider view would realize it was a placebo effect. They believed this water would help them rid themselves of their debt so much that they got the motivation / confidence to do it. Which is a good thing. But it CAN be used in bad ways.

I agree those nutrients to create sperm would be diverted elsewhere I'm sure. But I would also argue it's probably pretty moot. I would also argue you can't really calculate "daily energy" like he claims to be able to do to put a percentage on it. See my bike marathonist example for that one.

IDK exactly what is needed to make sperm but I would imagine protein / zinc definitely. So if you are getting all your proper nutrition / vitamins I would be that it's not that big of a deal.

x2 Ive yet to have seen one study on this, but have heard many people say it. I have now gone 9 days without masturbating and my mood/work ethic has not changed since day 1. Sure, the first hour or so after I jerk it I feel different (more lazy and tired) some of the time, but the rest of the time I feel the same. In my opinion its all placebo (except for sometimes a bit after the explosion).

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
