Interesting. Even having eg 4 ****buddies, whenever i hear/read a rejection after first date (i guess especially when i had my hopes up because we kissed), a cloud of sadness falls on top of me, i feel it in my bones.

Many psychotherapists and self-help programs and seminars did not help.
And perhaps it's ok just to feel emotional.
